Viewing Contact History of a Customer

To view the contact history of a customer:
  1. Search for the customer.
    For details, see Searching Customers.
  2. In the result list, click on the customer number you want to edit.
    This opens the customer detail page.
  3. Switch to the History tab.
    This displays the contact history of the selected customer.

Adding New Contact Activity

To add a new contact activity for a customer:
  1. Search for the customer.
    For details, see Searching Customers.
  2. In the result list, click on the customer number you want to edit.
    This opens the customer detail page.
  3. Switch to the History tab.
    This displays the contact history of the selected customer.
  4. Click Add.
    This displays an empty contact details dialog.

  5. Specify the data as necessary, then click Save.
    Otherwise, click Cancel to discard your settings.
