Intershop Order Management Symbols

Throughout the Order Management Tool the following symbols are repeatedly used. Different colors indicate a different functionality.

Symbol Description
In list views, opens a dialog for creating a new object, i.e. a corresponding list entry.
In detail views or in list views next to a list entry, opens a dialog for editing the corresponding object.
In list views next to a list entry, triggers the deletion of the corresponding object.
In document lists, triggers the download of the corresponding document.
In the order list of a customer detail page, used as a column header icon that indicates the number of ordered products.
In the order list of a customer detail page, used as a column header icon that indicates the number of received products.
In the order list of a customer detail page, used as a column header icon that indicates the number of shipped products.
In the order list as produced as a search result (see Searching Orders), indicates an order that is currently being shipped. Clicking this icon triggers the confirmation of the delivery, see Adding Delivery Confirmation.
In the order list of a customer detail page, used as a column header icon that indicates the number of returned products.
In the order list as produced as a search result (see Searching Orders), indicates an order that has been shipped. Clicking this icon triggers the confirmation of a product return, see Adding Return Confirmation.
In the order list of a customer detail page, used as a column header icon that indicates the number of canceled products.
In the order list as produced as a search result (see Searching Orders), indicates an order that is currently being shipped. Clicking this icon triggers the confirmation of an order cancellation, see Adding Cancellation Confirmation.
In the order detail page (see Searching Orders), indicates that the order is erroneous.
In the tabs within the order detail page (see Searching Orders), provides further details about erroneous orders, e.g. a failed check for the order status.
