Viewing Orders

The order list view provides the functionality to manage orders within a channel.

Accessing Order List

To access the order list:
  1. Select the management context from the context selection box.
    This opens the navigation bar of the management context.
  2. In the navigation bar, select Orders | Order List.
    This displays all orders in a list view.
    Tip: The order list can be sorted by clicking on the respective column header.

Filtering Order List

To filter the orders to be displayed by their status:
  1. Select the management context from the context selection box.
    This opens the navigation bar of the management context.
  2. In the navigation bar, select Orders | Order List.
    This displays all orders in a list view.
  3. Select the order status by which the orders should be filtered.
    Use the corresponding checkbox(es) to select the intended order status(es).
  4. Click Find.
    Only orders with the selected status(es) are displayed.
