Enabling/Disabling E-Mail Confirmations for Newsletter Subscriptions

Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Marketing | Newsletter.
This displays the Subscriptions tab with a table containing all registered e-mail addresses.
- Go to the Settings tab.

Select or unselect the checkbox E-mail Confirmed and click Apply.
Note: Whether the setting E-mail Confirmed is necessary or not, depends on the legal requirements of the respective country. For more information, see Newsletter Marketing.
