Managing Assigned Customers

Managing assigned customers involves adding and deleting customer assignments.

Adding Customers

To add customers to a customer segment:
  1. Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Customers | Customer Segments.
    A list of all custom customer segments is displayed.
    Note: Implicit customer segments are not shown here.
  2. Select the name of the customer segment to edit.
    The customer segment detail view is displayed.
  3. Change to the Customers tab.
    This displays a list of all customers assigned to the current customer segment.
  4. Click Assign.
    This displays a list of available customers.
  5. Select the checkbox of the customer to be assigned.
  6. Click Assign.
    The selected customer is assigned to the current customer segment.

Deleting Customers

To delete customers from a customer segment:

  1. Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Customers | Customer Segments.
    A list of all custom customer segments is displayed.

  2. Select the name of the customer segment to edit.
    The customer segment detail view is displayed.
  3. Change to the Customers tab.
    This displays a list of all customers assigned to the current customer segment.
  4. Select the checkbox of the customer assignment to be deleted.
  5. Click Unassign, and confirm the operation.
    This removes the selected customer assignment.
