Deleting Customer Segment

To delete one or more custom customer segments:
  1. Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Customers | Customer Segments.
    A list of all custom customer segments is displayed.
    Note: Implicit customer segments are not shown here.
  2. Select the check box for the customer segments to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
    A confirmation box appears to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
    This removes the customer segments from the system.
Note: Implicit customer segments cannot be deleted.
