Editing Customer Segment

To edit a custom customer segment:
  1. Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Customers | Customer Segments.
    A list of all custom customer segments is displayed.
    Note: Implicit customer segments are not shown here.
  2. Select the name of the customer segment to edit.
    The customer segment detail view is displayed.
  3. Edit the settings as necessary and click Apply.
Note: Implicit customer segments cannot be edited.
