Viewing Orders of Customers

To view all orders placed by a customer:

Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Customers | Customers.
This displays all customers and users in a single list view.
Click the name or ID of the customer.
This displays the Customer detail view.
Change to the Orders tab.
A list of orders placed by the customer is displayed. For business customers, the list displays the user who placed the corresponding order. By default, all orders are shown. You can filter the list by order state using the checkboxes. To view order details, click the respective order number.
Note: Viewing order details requires the access privilege "Order Manager".
