Sending Password Retrieval Mail

Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Customers | Customers.
This displays all customers and users in a single list view.

Click the name or ID of the customer.
This displays the Customer detail view.

In case of a business customer, change to the Users tab and select the user whose password needs to be reset.
This displays the User detail view.

Click Send Password Retrieval Mail.
This sends an e-mail to the individual customer or the user of a business customer containing a link that enables the user to create a new password.
