The steps to perform are basically the same for all data exports/imports. For details, see General Import/Export Workflow.

Note: Depending on the type and the configuration of the Intershop Commerce Management system and the amount of data to be changed, a bulk operation (e.g., batch processes, import & export processes, audit reports) may cause negative effects on the system performance or the data consistency. Contact your Intershop Commerce Management system administrator before triggering such a bulk operation.
Note: There are some limitations when working with product attribute groups:
  • Only custom product attribute groups can be created via import.

  • The type of a product attribute group can be changed from custom to standard via import.

  • Standard product attribute groups cannot be changed to custom.

  • The name of a product attribute group can be changed only for custom product attribute groups.

  • Standard product attribute groups cannot be deleted via import.
