Taking Over a Cart

While resolving a customer's request, you may need to take over the customer's open cart for further processing.

To do so:

  1. Start (if not already running) the contact session, see Starting a Contact Session.
  2. Open the Quick Order dialog.
  3. Click Take Over Cart.
    If there are several open carts, click List button next to Take Over Cart, and then select the cart to be opened from the displayed list.

    Taking over a cart gives you the control over all items that are currently associated with the cart. You can now proceed to modify the cart items or any other order details.
